Studying…

While looking for a permit on the U.S. Fish and Wildlife’s website I came across this under their FAQs section and it just seemed weird to me…

“What are the permit requirements to export or re-export products, such as handbags or skulls, of the American alligator (Alligator mississippiensis)? “
