Welcome to the new site. I hope all of you had a great Christmas. We escaped the death grip of winter’s cold hand after it followed us from the Haven to Kansas City for ‘cross nats. We’re now hanging out with The Law in good old Redding where we saw 60 degrees yesterday.

The race started le mans style. I ran to my bike and found it buried under three other bikes. The fun continued from there. Racing after not riding for a week sure does hurt.
We were scheduled to do some skate skiing today but Cass has Nintinder arm and is on the DL. Talk about a sore loser! Maybe we’ll head up tomorrow.

Friday #1 and I leave for the Nazbo World HQ aka Kansas City. We are leaving just in time to escape winter in New Haven, but should catch up with it in Kansas City. Six inches of snow is predicted for Friday night, so nationals should be interesting on Sunday.
For those of you who were concerned that I haven’t been able to get Mexican food due to the snow, don’t fret, the burrito cart is ALWAYS open.
