Not much to report on right now as our lives consist of sleep, eat, study, ride, repeat. There is a something very refreshing about being in one place and establishing a nice little routine for a while… it might get old after a couple of weeks, but we haven’t been stationary long enough to find out though.
The local, national, and international press has been kind to the Jones’ lately. If you have a minute click on the top link first to read about #1 and her summer trip to Nicaragua.

A study in the Nursing Standard magazine recently reported that kids of all ages are afraid of clowns… duh clowns are freaky! I should convince Cass to change her praxis topic to something meaningful like the effects of freaky clowns on young kids. Winter is finally here in the Haven and temps are where they belong, in the 20’s. Brrr. Racing schedule updates coming soon.

We’re back in the Haven and the weather has been beautiful, above 50 everyday this week! Training has been going well and I am looking forward to our training camp at the end of February.
A nice little package arrived from Adidas yesterday. These shoes are easily the most comfortable that I’ve worn. Try on a pair next time you’re in a shop that carries them. You can’t tell in the picture, but the shoes definitely have a certain bling factor that is guaranteed to turn heads as you win sprints.
