Here it is, that time of year again. What time of year? Today kicks off the ‘08 race travel season for me. I can think of no more appropriate way to start than with a delayed flight. Ahh the joys of travel.
Back to the new things; John and Shenny had their baby girl Abigail last week. So I am a new uncle. Cass and I have been tossing around what the role of the aunt and uncle is. We’ve come to the conclusion that we are there to spoil the kid and leave the serious parenting to her parents. By serious parenting we mean anything having to do with discipline, feeding, and personal hygene. We would hate to rob them of those true joys of parenting. Team Type 1 is wasting no time getting things started this new season with Moise’s top 10 on the stage today and Matt sitting 6th on GC. Some of us that are still stateside are headed to the wind tunnel for some testing on Monday. I will try to post some pictures.
